Senior Technical Deconversion Coordinator

We're seeking to hire a very experienced Senior Technical Deconversion Coordinator who will be providing continued support for deconversions of banks that were using Jack Henry's core platforms, SilverLake and 20/20. Candidates in this role will be creating large extract files for new servers, sending those files to the new bank servicer, closing out the accounts and working with customized statement. Candidates also will be leading UAT bank set-up at the new banks. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Jack Henry's products, as well as be highly technical with RPG or SQL programming in order to manipulate and extract files for the deconversions. This role is a true blend of working with banking customers, managers and installation and or programming teams to ensure a successful project completion and hand-offs run smoothly.
About the Team:
Working within Banking Operations Administration for Jack Henry Banking, the Banking Operations Deconversion team provides deconversion services to Jack Henry banking customers. This small team of 2 will work very closely together to support the deconversion of banks and providing excellent customer service and knowledge to the customers.
This position can be worked out of the following offices: Monett, MO or Springfield, MO (if Springfield, must be able to travel to Monett, MO during initial training period of 1 to 2 months).
Minimum 6 years of technical programming experience with 3 years of Free Form RPG, SQL and/or CL Programming.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
SilverLake or 20/20 experience highly preferred.
Prepares customer for deconversions. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.
Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful deconversions. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the deconversion and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.
Troubleshoots issues during or once the deconversion is complete.
Contributes to process and/or product improvements.
Acts as an escalation point to other team members, when necessary.
May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard deconversion and participate in project activities related to those items.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
