Job Description:
This position is responsible for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) which is a science-based process designed to ensure the safety of processed foods. Each plant?s HACCP Program must be approved by USDA, who closely monitors program implementation and data collected. The HACCP Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and validation of Plant?s HACCP Program as well as the training and certification of Management HACCP Monitors. Responsible for food safety team, signing preshipments and following up on all HACCP related issues. Also maintain SSOP?s.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Requires broad knowledge in general professional or technical field knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in an academic field directly related and essential to the job evaluated.
Experience: 1 ? 2 years or 5 or more years technical experience needed if no degree.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets.
Travel: 1 ? 3 trips per year.
Special Skills: Must know all processes involved in plant production in order to know where potential hazards might exist. Must have HACCP knowledge and training to be able to interpret statistical charts and data. Bilingual ? read, speak & write English/Spanish preferred. Excellent oral and written skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
