Internal Step Progression Fabricator G1S2 2nd shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required to understand the differences between operating small hydraulic die stations, such as notch, mash, etc. and the drill press.

Operation of benders.

Cross training required in the general category and one machine in the specialty category.

Complete daily paperwork

Understand and be able to maintain accurate inventory

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • One to three years related manufacturing experience preferred.

REASONING ABILITY:

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

  • Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to read standard and metric tape measure.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level is determined in the company s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Must be available and willing to work such weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
