Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This individual will provide HR leadership, operational support and an exceptional partnership to our Banking group by consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of human resource issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. This role will support the Human Resources Business Partner and build strong relationships with these growing teams.
A successful candidate for this position will come with a consistent and concise communication style, mastery of PowerPoint, and Excel, a solid HR background and a passion for working on a progressive team that is focused on the business goals and success of the organization. They will be disciplined and an open learner. Key skills and abilities include listening, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving across all levels of the organization.
The candidate will also have experience managing complex projects, as well as owning HR responsibilities related to: employee advocacy programs; workplace investigations and managing employee performance programs.
This position can be located in Springfield or Monett, MO
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years' of experience in human resources.
Master's degree.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Builds a strong business relationship with assigned business areas, acting as the primary point of the contact for the managers in the business unit.
Provides expertise and support, ensuring that change management activities within the business that have associate impact are managed in a timely, professional and lawful manner and that communications regarding change are clear, concise and consistent.
Assesses and diagnoses organizational situations, ensuring alignment of business goals with organizational designs and development or recommendation of solutions.
Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Proactively addresses and responds to organizational development issues by assessing performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning.
Identifies opportunities to develop organizational development solutions that blends organizational effectiveness, talent development, change management and learning to drive significant improvements in performance and productivity.
Monitors employee relations within assigned business areas for developing or actual trends and assists client management with addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
Ensures that all policies, procedures and programs are designed and administered so as to ensure that the company properly complies with all legal and ethical standards.
Provides ongoing support collaborating with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
