Job Description
SUMMARY
The Sr. QA Manager manages the activities of one or more Platform document preparation testing teams. Creates the strategicvision for their departments. Establishes workflow and plans and implements processes to meet overall testing goals. Oversees implementation of testing methodologies and processes; evaluates and coordinates implementation of automation testing strategies; develops and implements results tracking and metrics reporting.
The Sr. QA Manager will also be responsiblefor the approach ofdeterminingthe development and retention of quality personnel. Responsible for the management of all aspects of a complex, multi-faceted department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least5 years in test management experience; previous experience in managing test processes, test resources, guiding testers in appropriate methodologies, creating test cases/scripts and ensuring appropriate approaches to test coverage and results.
OnBoard and/or Argo and/or StreamLine product knowledge and experience.
Management/personnel management experience: coaching, envisioning application of new/existing processes, hiring/firing, reviews and salary, oversight of financials, particularly, capitalization, for a non-revenue center.
Occasional overnight travel required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages one or more testing teams performing highly complex quality assurance projects either through team managers/supervisors or by direct management.
Serves as liaison between senior managers of various departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
May oversee the submission of quality standards and procedures, and ensures the adherence to corporate mission and goals.
Oversees the strategic execution of comprehensive testing strategies to include, but not limited to, functional, integration, regression, performance, user acceptance, and release testing.
Oversees the implementation of automation and improved testing efficiency.
Responsible for the development of processes to ensure defects are identified, tracked, analyzed and corrected.
Strategically responsible for the successful outcome of alpha and/or beta test phases.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
