A Banking SupportRepresentative position is available within Jack Henry & Associates in Monett, MO.
In this position you'll provide banking product support to JHA customers via the telephone and/or internet. Using acquired product knowledge to providehigh level of service to resolve the JHA customer issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1
year of banking software experience within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of banking terminology and the daily functions involved with the banking industry
Excellent self motivation and customer service skills
PREFERRED
Experience with CIF 20/20 Jack Henry software
Knowledgeof all or a combination of: General Ledgerbalancing, Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, Accounts Payable,Certificates of Deposit as well as IRA accounts.
Associate's Degree
