Job Description
A Solutions Architect is needed todesign and develop solution architecture, ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy and banking customers' needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
o Designs small, non-complex enterprise integration architecture (data, processing logic, presentation layer, etc.), ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy. Contributes to moderately complex architecture design.
o Develops understanding of product roadmap.
o Translates the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for basic IT solutions and integrating architecture. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites, and typically measured by utilization (i.e., billable hours).
o Participates in project level architecture reviews and vendor selection recommendations.
o Assists in creating architecture documentation based on specifications.
o Reviews solution architecture to discover any errors or confirm that the design meets required specifications.
o Maintains an awareness and understanding of industry developments and provides ideas for innovation and improvement in order to maintain current service design's value.
o Provides consultation to technical staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
oMinimum of 3+ years of Solutions Architect background.
o An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
o Applicable industry standard certification(s) preferred.
Able to travelup to 50%.
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree

o Developing professional expertise. Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
o Able to analyze the scope, timeline and specifications of tasks as directed.
o Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
o Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
o Good analytical and design skills at multiple project level.
o Good knowledge of systems, applications, or process design within information technology.
o Good communication, interpersonal, and project/time management skills.
o Good knowledge of company products and services.
o Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans.
o General understanding of service lifecycle.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
